Joined Poten & Partners (UK) Ltd, London in 1998 as petrochemical and natural gas liquids consultant. Previously, in 1993, set up Peter Manning Associates, providing the Association of Petrochemical Producers in Europe (APPE) with a quarterly report on Global Petrochemical Site Margin performance. In 1986 started up European office for CMAI – CMAI Europe – and oversaw the development of single and multiclient studies on petrochemical markets. Prior to that with Trichem Consultants and editor of European Chemical News (now ICIS Chemical Business) Career began with Esso Chemical at Fawley after graduating from Nottingham University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Wunmi Onile-Ere joined Oando Supply and Trading in Nigeria in 2008 and has held various escalating roles with the company from covering Market Analysis to Trading and Distribution Supervision. She currently runs the company’s gasoline importation and distribution, the largest portfolio for an independent company in Nigeria. Oando Supply and Trading is a subsidiary of Oando plc, Sub-Saharan Africa’s leading integrated energy group. In 2010, she spear-headed the reemergence of LPG in the group’s trading portfolio; since then Oando has quickly become an active participant in regional LPG exportation and importation.

Prior to this, she worked for BP Integrated Supply and Trading in various roles in California and Chicago, in addition to a role as sole LPG Scheduler at BP Cherry Point Refinery, Washington State, U.S. Wunmi is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she earned a B.A. in Economics and International Areas Studies.

Cristiano Oliveira graduated in Chemistry in 1995 and got his PhD in Organic Chemistry in 2000.

From 2000 to 2001, he worked in research projects for ceramics, steel and oil industries in Brazil. In 2001, he joined the Mineral Technology Center – CETEM (one of the R&D institutions from the Science and Technology Ministry in Brazil), working mainly in ore characterization projects. In 2004, he joined PETROBRAS and became part of the LPG Trading Team in 2005. From then on, he has been dealing with brazilian LPG domestic market and also LPG international trading.

He has been based in Petrobras London Office since March 2010.

Sandra Julio is a Senior Crude Oil and LPG Marketer from Sonangol. She started working for Sonangol in 1996 as a Systems Analyst, after graduating in Computer Science at the University of Salford in Manchester.

In 1998 she was invited to work at Sonangol USA in Houston-Texas as a Network Administrator and Assistant to the Operations Manager. In 2003 she moved to London to work for the Crude Oil Operations Department. In 2005, when Sanha LPG started its production, the company appointed Ms. Julio to be part of the LPG Marketing Joint Venture team at Chevron to get experience in the business. After two years she returned to Sonangol and helped setup the LPG sector at the trading department, and started marketing Angolan Crude Oil and LPG, where she remains until today.

As a crude oil and LPG trader, she has been involved in different marketing projects, contracts negotiations, setting up the new gas department inside the company, marketing crude oil and LPG cargoes and training new employees to develop knowledge in marketing gas.

Commercially responsible for the developments in the MEAF and technically for thermoplastics analysis within the World Petrochemicals and Chemical Economics Handbook Programs, Borruso joined SRI Consulting Petrochemical practice in 2001.

He brings 37 years of postgraduate experience in the petrochemical industry, mainly in Olefins and Polymers and contributes to SRI Consulting petrochemical multi client and single client activity.

Formerly associated with a petrochemical consulting firm, since April 1993 he has been responsible for their thermoplastics practice for all the single and multi-client surveys, worldwide.

Mr. Borruso is invited regularly to present views and outlook to industry forum worldwide while he attends most of the public annual events and conferences in the GCC.

Before joining the consulting practice in 1993, Mr. Borruso was part of the petrochemical industry since its graduation.

Previously in Calgary, Canada for 12 years, Mr. Borruso was with the Alberta Energy Co. currently Encana, responsible for business development, new ventures and acquisitions.

Mr. Borruso is graduate in Chem. Eng. From the University of Palermo Italy and has conducted research activity as part of the post graduation program with Mobil Oil in Essex R&D center. In addition he has taken short courses at the University of Stanford, California and Toronto, Ontario, Canada on marketing strategy.

Mr. Borruso is licensed Profession Engineer, currently registered as Professional Engineer, in Alberta Canada.

He is member of several associations such as SCI (1985), EPCA (2001), NPRA (1984).

Mr. Borruso was with Polimeri Europa in Italy, until 1981 responsible for LDPE production.

His experience in energy risk management spans 10 years helping corporates, utilities, shipping companies, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds risk manage or gain exposure to international oil, oil products and gas markets. After spending 9 years in London covering the European markets, Said relocated to Dubai last year to help cover regional clients for Goldman Sachs.

Said graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and attained a Masters Degree with Distinction in Investment Management from Cass Business School in London.

Samuel Maubanc is Manager, Energy and Environment Policy at the AEGPL, the European LPG Association. As a member of the AEGPL permanent staff, he aims at establishing, on behalf of the European LPG sector, reliable and efficient communication channels with European Union decision-makers and the wider policy community.

Samuel began working at AEGPL in May 2011. He has several years of experience in EU affairs, during which he held a number of positions in Brussels-based public affairs consultancies, and also worked for the European Commission in their Delegation to Japan.

He is a French citizen and holds degrees in history and political sciences, from the university of Caen (France) and Aarhus (Denmark).
